Author interview "Kyle A. Greene"

The Mentality Changer -This book was written with the hopes of helping you to change your mindset, change how you think about you, your success and your failures. I have seen too often people give up on their dreams when they're so close to making them a reality or people that blame their failures on others but lay claim to everything right when it comes to their successes. I know people who only see the bad in any situation never even making an attempt to find the silver-lining. I want people to begin to see the lesson in a lost, hope while facing despair, and love when faced with hate. If I can help to change just one person then maybe that one person can then go on to change the world. Are you that one person that is ready to CHANGE your MINDSET so that you can got out and change the WORLD ... #TheMentalityChanger

1. Tell us a little bit about your book. Was this your first book? What inspired you to write it?

Yes, The Mentality Changer A Journey to Help Change How You Once Thought AboutYou is my first book. Heck, it is my first self-published book!! How awesome is that!?!?But what really inspired me was an event in which I gave the keynote address. Therewere at least 700 or so people in the crowd and hundreds came up to me afterward asking if I had a book because they wanted to know more of how I thought. ImmediatelyI thought to myself, "Kyle you have something that people want and will pay for but yetyou don't have the product." I always "said" I wanted to write a book and in that momentI took writing a book very serious.

2. Did you pursue an arrangement with a traditional publisher, and if not, what factored into your decision to ultimately self-publish your book?

I use to manage an independent hip hop artist before I discovered my purpose in life. During those 7 years, I learned a lot about the advantages and disadvantages of remaining independent. To be honest, I wasn't even offered an opportunity of a traditional publisher or even did any research on how to obtain one. I am able to control my message, how I promote it and keep more of my profit.

3. What’s some advice would you give to someone who aspires to write and publish a book, to encourage them to do it?

Do it!! The world needs to know exactly what you have to say!! Because one voice canchange a city, a city then changes a state and a state can change a nation. And to think it could all start because of a speech you gave or a book you wrote. I challenge you right now to become the change that you was envisioned. Write now and write often!

4. How do you hope your book will impact readers?

I did not title it The Mentality Changer for nothing; I want my book to challenge and impact mentalities all over the world! I want a reader when they are finish reading my book to see themselves differently. I want my readers to have a different pep in their step and a certain confidence about themselves that they did not know existed. At the end of the day, I want my reader to be not just inspired by what I say but empowered by what they read.

5. What projects can we expect to see from you in the future?

I am currently in the process of writing The Mentality Changer II, working on a workbook that can be used to help you navigate through life as you read both books and The Mentality Changer Boot Camp Academy where I plan to help take a person's dream from their head and make it a reality for the world. Showing people that the dreams that live inside are meant to help and bless others on the outside.
