Salka Meditour is a leading medical tourism agency specializing in providing medical treatment packages in popular destinations across 17 countries. Whether you are looking for wellness packages or specific medical treatments, Salka Meditour ensures that you receive the best care possible at top hospitals overseas.

1. What inspired you to establish Salka Meditour as a leader in overseas medical treatment, and what unique services do you offer compared to other medical tourism agencies?

The inspiration behind Salka Meditour stemmed from a personal experience—my older siblings were born with a rare corneal disease, and seeking treatment abroad was extremely challenging due to time zone differences, language barriers, lack of knowledge, and limited experience. This struggle made me realize the need for a structured, reliable medical tourism service that eliminates these barriers.

What sets Salka Meditour apart is our personalized approach—we don’t just connect patients with hospitals; we curate comprehensive healthcare journeys. Our services include end-to-end patient coordination, multilingual support, customized wellness programs, and corporate wellness solutions. Unlike traditional agencies, we emphasize long-term patient care, post-treatment follow-ups, and wellness integration to ensure a holistic healing experience.

2. Can you walk us through the process a patient would experience when seeking overseas treatment through Salka Meditour, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up?

Our process is designed to be seamless and stress-free for patients:

1. Initial Consultation: The patient contacts us with their medical history and treatment needs. We provide a free preliminary assessment and discuss treatment options.

2. Medical Review & Doctor Recommendations: We collaborate with top hospitals and specialists to assess the case and recommend the best treatment plans and estimated costs.

3. Customized Travel & Treatment Plan: Once the patient selects their preferred treatment, we arrange hospital appointments, travel logistics, visa processing, accommodation, and transportation.

4. On-Ground Assistance: Upon arrival, we provide 24/7 support, including hospital coordination, translation services, and wellness activities to enhance recovery.

5. Post-Treatment Follow-up: After returning home, we ensure ongoing communication with doctors, virtual consultations, and rehabilitation support for long-term recovery.

3. How do you ensure the quality and safety of the medical facilities and professionals that Salka partners with in various countries?

We partner only with internationally accredited hospitals that meet global healthcare standards, such as JCI (Joint Commission International) and ISO certifications. Our vetting process includes:
